1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the pin777 website at pin777.co, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any future applications operated by pin777.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, financial, and support services provided by pin777 through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the pin777 registration process.
• "Player Funds" means the balance held in a player's Account, comprising deposited funds net of withdrawals, plus any credited winnings or bonus awards that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of real-money bets a player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures conducted by pin777 in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pin777 will verify your age through KYC procedures prior to processing your first withdrawal.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

pin777 is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. pin777 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

You are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with pin777 if any of the following apply:

• You are under 21 years of age;
• You have previously been self-excluded from pin777 or any partner platform;
• You are a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pin777, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have been excluded from gaming activities by any regulatory authority;
• You are opening an Account on behalf of a third party or a corporate entity.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

To access real-money Services at pin777, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account at pin777. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where pin777 identifies multiple Accounts operated by the same individual, all such Accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals made in breach of this rule may be reversed.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pin777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify pin777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pin777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pin777 is required by applicable law and responsible gaming standards to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pin777's compliance team within the timeframes specified, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., UMID, passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pin777 reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pin777 Support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4 Deposits

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pin777 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. pin777 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at pin777 is Philippine Peso 100 (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above ₱100,000 in a single transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically credit within 5–30 minutes. 7-Eleven deposits credit on the same business day. pin777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or events outside pin777's reasonable control.

4.4 No Deposit Fees

pin777 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment processors (including GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine banks) may apply their own transaction fees, for which pin777 assumes no responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

To be eligible to process a withdrawal from your pin777 Account, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) have a verified withdrawal method registered in your own name; and (d) have a withdrawal-eligible balance of at least ₱100.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Withdrawal timelines are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Processed within 1–3 banking hours during Philippine banking business hours;
• All other methods: Processed within one (1) business day.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, however withdrawals above ₱500,000 may be processed in multiple tranches and are subject to additional due diligence review. pin777 reserves the right to apply standard fraud prevention holds of up to 48 hours on first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal requests.

5.4 No Withdrawal Fees

pin777 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. The full requested amount (subject to tax withholding obligations under Philippine law, where applicable) will be remitted to your designated payment method. Third-party processors may apply their own fees, over which pin777 has no control.

5.5 Forfeiture of Inactive Balance

Accounts with a zero bonus balance that have been inactive (no login or real-money transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. pin777 will notify you at your registered email address prior to applying a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 or the remaining Account balance (whichever is lower) to cover administrative costs. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Policy

pin777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its availability on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds at pin777 are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35×) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using real-money bets on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%). Specific contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Upon expiry, uncompleted Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account balance automatically.

6.4 Maximum Bonus Bet

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per game round using Bonus Funds is ₱500, or the equivalent amount as specified in individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at pin777's discretion.

6.5 Pin777 VIP Programme

The pin777 VIP Programme awards comp points based on real-money wagering across all game categories. VIP tier upgrades occur automatically upon crossing published wagering thresholds. VIP comp points and tier-associated benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value until redeemed through the designated redemption mechanism, and are subject to separate VIP Programme terms available on the Platform.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

7.1 Certified Random Number Generation

All pin777 games that use random number generation (RNG) — including slot games, virtual table games, bingo, and fishing games — utilise RNG systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is entirely random and is not influenced by any prior game result, the size of a player's bet, the player's win/loss history, or any other factor.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Published RTP percentages represent the theoretical long-run average percentage of total wagered amounts returned to players across all sessions. RTP figures are calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual player sessions will vary significantly from the published RTP. 7.3 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, system error, or technical fault that affects the outcome or completion of any game round, pin777 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant stake to the player's Account. pin777 is not liable for any wins, losses, or other outcomes that result from a technical malfunction. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the pin777 Platform.

7.4 Live Casino Games

Live dealer casino games at pin777 are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and SA Gaming. Live game outcomes are determined in real time by physical means (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in professionally operated studios. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pin777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to interact with the Platform in an automated manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated gameplay with other players;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money in breach of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at pin777 staff or other players through the Platform's communication features;
• Abusing the pin777 dispute resolution or chargeback process through fraudulent claims.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all pin777 Services. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be lifted by any pin777 employee or support agent.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

pin777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at pin777.co/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pin777 does not sell, lease, or trade personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is processed solely for the purposes of operating your Account, complying with legal obligations, and providing the Services described in this Agreement.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The pin777 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pin777 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the Platform or Services.

11.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pin777's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusions

pin777 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or opportunity; (c) losses arising from your breach of this Agreement; (d) losses resulting from third-party payment processor failures or delays; or (e) losses attributable to force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, and acts of civil unrest.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the pin777 Platform, you agree to first contact pin777 Support to attempt resolution through informal good-faith negotiation. pin777 will endeavour to resolve all support disputes within five (5) business days. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints

Players who believe that a dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily through pin777's internal dispute process may submit a complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with that authority's published procedures.

13 Amendments to this Agreement

pin777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, pin777 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notification on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Agreement, you must cease using the Platform and contact pin777 Support to close your Account and withdraw any eligible balance.
